Penn station was very close, a detail i appreciated since i took the train from newark airport. this made the transfer smooth. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. the bed was comfortable and helped me rest after long days of exploring.
i noticed the room could use a little updating. while not a major issue, some areas showed wear, and a refresh would enhance the overall experience. this minor detail stood out during an otherwise great stay.

The room featured a king-sized bed and a tv. I found the room spacious enough for my needs. there was a microwave and a mini-fridge, a welcome addition for storing drinks and snacks. i liked the large windows that let in natural light.

The hotel is located near public transportation. The subway made it easy to get around. the area felt safe. i noticed numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance, a huge plus. it's a very central location.

the front desk staff offered extra coffee pods and booked a private car to the airport for me. they answered all my questions and provided directions. the housekeeping was very efficient, and my room was always clean when i returned.

The hotel's location is very convenient for accessing subway lines. I found it easy to travel throughout the city! the staff were cute and helpful. They were a real asset to my stay. my room was well-sized. the quick resolution of minor issues with the toilet and tub was commendable. the flower mart on the street added a nice touch each morning.
the water machine on the third floor was out of service though another machine was available on the fifth floor.

The king room included a comfortable bed and sufficient space for luggage. It was also very quiet, despite the central location. i found the room to be clean and well kept with all necessary amenities available, and the climate control system worked efficiently. housekeeping provided fresh towels and toiletries daily.

the hotel is near multiple subway lines on 28th street, and it is a short walk to 23rd street and penn station? this made getting around the city easy. the surrounding area felt safe, and the flower market added a vibrant, pleasant atmosphere. it is also a convenient distance from madison avenue and times square.
